Reading Osaka
The roster's newest stage (added in update 1.7.0): a city block with floors, signage and alley sightlines. Urban verticality is the identity — climbing between levels is the signature move, and our first-hand verification here is one spot deep so far.
How This Stage Plays
City geometry plays differently from every interior stage. Sightlines are long (streets) but interrupted (corners, signage, poles), which favors Hiders who commit to edges over Hiders who chase rooms. Flat-hiding gets its urban form — signboards and shutters are pattern-rich surfaces with public excuses for bumps — and elevation stops meaning furniture: it means architecture, ledges, and machine fixtures between floors. The map also carries a useful patch story: it shipped in 1.7.0, and an out-of-bounds gap was fixed within days in the 1.8.x pair — this developer patches exploits fast, so treat any "glitch spot" video as both expired and unsporting.

One verified spot is a thin list, and we'd rather own that than pad it: this page publishes what our own sessions confirmed, dated, and grows on the same terms. Street Reading, Both Roles
Until our Osaka file thickens, the transferable urban rules. Seekers invert the list: skim streets fast (nothing lives there), spend your attention on edges and the vertical middle, and count fixtures the way you count furniture indoors — a city block's machine inventory is more regular than it looks. Every one of these rules is archetype triage wearing urban clothes, which is the point: new stages don't need new theory, just new nouns. Two forecasts while the file grows: the machine layer will become this stage's signature meta once lobbies learn to climb (get there first), and signage flat-hiding will produce Osaka's viral clips the way ceilings did for interiors — busy prints photograph beautifully when a body peels out of them.
